Alice is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor graduated from Mayi Yoga Academy and was trained under Master Manisekaran. She has been practicing yoga since 2006 while she was still attached with the corporate firm.
She currently teaches in Mayi Yoga Academy, corporate companies and also conducting individual private classes and group classes. Her student’s age ranges from 4 years up to 60 plus years old. She is a firm believer that yoga can help children to correct their bodies and emotions better.
Adrian has been a practising yogi for over a decade, and is a Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher (USA) and Certified Yoga Sports Coach (accredited by the Ministry of Sports and National Coaching Council). He specialises in Therapy, Corporate and Kids Yoga, and is obsessed with bringing Practical Yoga to the masses, adapting the ancient lore into a modern therapy-based practice that is easily accessible by anyone, young or old.
